  • 1 cup chicken broth
  •  cup soy sauce
  •  cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 pound boneless pork chops

Directions

  1. Stir together chicken broth, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, and bell peppers in the bowl of a slow cooker until combined. Add pork, turning in mixture to coat. Set the cooker on Low. Cook for 5 to 6 hours until pork is tender.
