Ingredients
Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 pound boneless pork chops
Directions

Stir together chicken broth, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, and bell peppers in the bowl of a slow cooker until combined. Add pork, turning in mixture to coat. Set the cooker on Low. Cook for 5 to 6 hours until pork is tender.

Remove pork from sauce. Shred pork, return to sauce. Cook until hot, and serve.
