Ingredients
Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 pound boneless pork loin, cubed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup peach preserves

Sprinkle taco seasoning over pork. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and saute until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Add salsa and peach preserves and mix well.

Cover the skillet and reduce the heat. Let simmer gently for about 10 minutes and serve.
