Ingredients
Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings
- 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 13 ounces turkey kielbasa, sliced
- 14 ounces kimchi
Directions

Place potatoes in the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker. Add kielbasa and top with kimchi. Cover.

Cook on High for 4 hours. Mix before serving.
Cook’s Note:
You can use sauerkraut instead of kimchi, and you can use other Polish sausage.
