Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 ¼ cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (14.25 ounce) can tomato puree

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. Place ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, and egg in a large bowl. Mix well until evenly combined; shape into 16 meatballs.
