Make cauliflower in the air fryer for a great, easy side dish that pairs well with any protein. I've used smoked paprika, a favorite of mine, but feel free to add your favorite flavors.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets

 

 

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer’s instructions.

  3. Cut garlic in half and smash with the blade of a knife. Place in a bowl with oil, salt, and paprika. Add cauliflower and toss to coat.

  4. Place coated cauliflower in the basket of the air fryer and cook to desired crispness, about 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.

Recipe Tip

After 15 minutes, the cauliflower will still have some crunch; cook for an additional 5 minutes if you want it softer. The timing really depends on the size of the cauliflower, so check frequently.
