Ingredients
Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons crumbled cotija cheese
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 2 ears corn, shucked and halved
- 4 sprigs fresh cilantro, or to taste (Optional)
Directions

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Mix mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime juice, and chili powder in a shallow dish.

Roll each piece of corn in the mayonnaise mixture until all sides are covered.

Place all 4 pieces of the corn in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
